What is an appropriate rope size for swimming leashes?

•1/4” diameter swim leashes are used by very small dogs.

•3/8” diameter swim leashes are used by medium sized dogs.

•1/2” diameter swim leashes are used by larger dogs that require larger SS hardware.

Note:

•All leashes float in the water and will not tangle or drag your pet down keeping them safe and secure.

•Well mannered dogs may use a smaller diameter leash.

•We use a high quality stainless steel clip hook in place of standard clips for rust and jam protection.

All orders must be prepaid. With online orders, phone and fax orders we accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover and VISA credit cards. With mail orders we accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover and VISA credit cards, checks and money orders. If you are not sure how much your order will be, or if you have any other questions call or email us.

If the product has a manufacture defect, please notify us immediately within the first 30 days of receiving your product and we will make arrangements to repair, replace or refund your product. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company. Q: Shipping

Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. All orders are subject to product availability.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery, as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete until you receive this email.

You can track your order status online by logging in to your account.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Soft Lines, Inc. ships with a variety of carriers including, but not limited to UPS and USPS. We reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice as longs as it meets the transit time of the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to process the order prior to shipment.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via telephone and/or email to advise you of the expected delay and provide you with your options. You can choose to wait for the item, select an available product, or cancel your order. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is in stock. Orders for products that are not available within 30 days will be canceled. In the event that your order is canceled you will be contacted via email.

Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, back ordered items, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via phone or email should such a condition be realized during the course of processing your order.

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box, military APO/FPO or international address.

Some items we sell may require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.

Soft Lines, Inc. reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Q: Information Collection

Soft Lines Inc is the sole owner of the information collected on SoftLinesInc.com. Soft Lines collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Q: Order

We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Q: Information Use

Soft Lines Inc will not sell or give any information about our customers to any third party. The information collected on our site will be used solely for the purpose of doing business with you.

Q: Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use session ID cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates.

Q: Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Q: Third Party Intermediaries

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just surfing. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users information is protected.
